އުމުރުން ބާރަ އަހަރުގެ މައިރާ އަކީކިޔެވުމައް ލޯބި ކުރާ ކުއްޖެކެވެ. ނަމަވެސް، މައިރާގެ ޢާއިލާ އަކީ ފަޤީރު އާއިލާ އެކެވެ. އެކަމަކު މައިރާ އަކީ ކެތްތެރި އަޚުލާޤު ރަނގަޅު ކުއްޖެކެވެ.
މައިރާގެ ކުލާސް ކުދިންނަކީ މައިރާއާ ދޭތެރޭ ވަރަށް ހަސަދަވެރިވާ ކުދިބަޔެކެވެ. މައިރާ އައް ޖެއްސުން ނުކުރާ އެންމެ ދުވަހެއްވެސް ނުދާނެއެވެ. އެއީ މައިރާ ކިޔެވުމައް އެހެން ކުދިންނައް ވުރެއް މޮޅު ވީމައެވެ. މައިރާ ގެންގުޅޭ ފަންސުރު ބިންދާ ހަދައެވެ. ލިޔެލިޔެ ހުއްޓާ ގަލަން ޖަހައިގަނެއެވެ. މިތަން އެއްވެސް ޓީޗަރަކައް ނުފެނެއެވެ. ޓީޗަރެއް ކުލާހައް ވަންނައިރައް މައިރާ ބޭޒާރު ކޮއްލާނެ ގޮތެއް އޮތްތޯ ބަލާނެއެވެ. އަބަދުވެސް މައިރާ އިންނާނީ ބާކީކޮއް އެކަނިކޮއްލާފައި އެއް ކަނެއްގައިއެވެ. މައިރާ އާއި އެކުވެރި ވާނެ ކުއްޖަކުވެސް ހަމަ ނެތީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟
ދުވަސް ކޮޅަކު ކިޔަވާލައިފައިވެސް އަނެއްކާވެސް ނަގައިދިން ފިލާވަޅު ތަކުން ކުލާސް ޓެސްޓު ނަގަނީ އެވެ. ބުދަ ދުވަހެކެވެ. އެދުވަހު އޮތީ ހިސާބު ޓެސްޓެވެ. މައިރާ އައީ ފިލާވަޅު ރަނގަޅައް ދަސްކޮއްގެންނެވެ. މިސް އަނިތާ ޕޭޕަރު ހަދަން ބުނެފައި ބޭރައް ޖެހިލިއެވެ. މިނިޓެއް ވާނެކަމެއްވެސް ނޭނގެއެވެ. ޝީން މިސްއައް ގޮވާލައިފައި މައިރާ ޓެސްޓު ކޮޕީ ކުރާ ވާހަކަ ބުންޏެވެ. މިސް އަނިތާ ހުރީ ކުޑަދޮރުން ބަލާށެވެ. އެގޮތައް ބަލަން ޖެހުނީ މީގެ ދެތިން ދުވަސް ކުރިން މައިރާގެ މައިންބަފައިން ސްކޫލުގެ އޮފީހައް އައިސް އެދުނު އެދުމެއްގެ ސަބަބުންނެވެ. މިހާރު މުދައްރިސައްވެސް އިގުނީއެވެ. އެފަހަރު ކުލާސް ކުދިންނައް އަދަބު ދިނެވެ. މިކަމުންވެސް ފިލާވަޅެއް ލިބުމުގެ ބަދަލުގައި އިތުރައް ހަސަދަވެރިވީއެވެ.

މައިރާ އައް ސޯޅަ އަހަރެވެ. ކިޔަވަމުން ދަނީ ގުރޭޑު ދިހައެއްގައެވެ. މައިރާ އެންމެ ބޭނުން ވަނީ ސައިންޓިސްޓް އަކައް ވާށެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މައިރާ ޚިޔާރުކުރީ ސައިންސްގެ ދާއިރާއެވެ. މިއަހަރު މައިރާ އައް އައު ކުލާސް ކުދިންތަކެއް ލިބުނެވެ. މިކުދިންގެ ތެރެއިންވެސް އެންމެ އެކުވެރިވީ ނާލާ އެވެ. ކުޑަ ދުވަސް ކޮޅެއްގެ ތެރޭ މިދެކުދިން އެންމެ ގާތް އެހެން ގޮތަކުން ބުނާނަމަ ‘ބެސްޓް ފްރެންޑްސް’ އައް ވިއެވެ. ކުރީގެ ކުލާސް ކުދިން މައިރާ އާއި ދެކޮޅައް އެއްޗެކޭ ބުންޏަސް ނާލާ މައިރާ އާއި އެއްކޮޅައް ތެދުވެއެވެ.
ނާލާ އެގޮތައް ކަންތައް ކުރުމުން މިހާރު ކުދިން މައިރާ އާއި ދިމާކޮށް މަލާމާތެއް ނުކުރެއެވެ. އެހެންކަމުން މިހާރު އެކުދިންވެސް މަޑުމަޑުން މައިރާ އާއި އެކުވެރިވާންފަށައިފިއެވެ. ދުވަސް ކޮޅަކައްފަހު އެކުދިން ހިމެނުނީ އައިރާގެ އެންމެ ގާތް އެކުވެރިންގެ ލިސްޓުގެ ކުރީގައިއެވެ.
