If I take liberty to write in English it is because it is so very difficult to write in Divehi in this comments column which is, regrettably, not designed with our right- to- left thaana script in mind. Coming to the story I would think it is fairly commendable coming from a novice as the writer’s admission at the head of the column implies. The many spelling errors could have been all together avoided if the writer has taken care to go through the draft. Lamyarr, next time , please read the final draft to a friend prior to publication.This will help you not only to spot the typos and spelling errors but also to polish the text for greater conciseness and clarity and rhyme. Lack of a strong plot ( or being merely a voice as a critic has pointed out) is really not an issue so long as you were able to capture the mood and convey a vission of life in your story which you did quite well.However,you have not named your baby very well. Why go through something if it is
    utterly hopeless(Ummedeh neh)? That name only gave away the plot! Do
    name your stories attractively, in a way that captures the reader’s interest without killing it.This story could have been named Intizaar even if the waiting is hopeless, Quite obviously you are a talent in bud. It needs to bloom and spread its fragrance. I wish you success and expect to read many more of your stories in the future.
